By law, you are under no obligation to have the work done at any shop they suggest, even if they request you go to another body shop for the estimate. It is unlawful for an insurance company to “steer” you to one of their participating shops for repairs. They often imply that their shops will offer a smoother, quicker repair process.  We will work off whatever insurance estimate they provide you, and we’ll deal directly and professionally with your insurance company if their estimate is incorrect. We will make sure the repairs are done correctly and to your satisfaction. Our work is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle.
